The education of the individual should be comprehensive, balancing all its dimensions: cultural, scientific, intellectual, human, emotional, ethical, social, and religious. These dimensions manifest as follows:
- Education for the development of personal growth in order to achieve self-realization and create responsible citizens for society. This is achieved through the development of knowledge, skills, the ability to make judgments, taking positions, and the cultivation of universally recognized values, such as respect for every human being, regardless of gender or ethnicity, justice, equality among people, human solidarity, and enhancing the status of the individual, defending their rights, and preserving their dignity in order to achieve personal goals and integration into human society. Thus, we build a free, democratic citizen who is open to others.
- Education on shared values of patriotism, sociality, humanity, ethics, and spirituality, and the rejection of racial, sectarian, and religious discrimination in order to build a civilization of bridges and convergence, especially in this region of South Lebanon, through openness to the global human heritage, dialogue, acceptance of the different other, and respect for religious freedom and acceptance of diversity in order to enhance social, cultural, and civilizational diversity in the region, the nation, and the world.
- Education for the public good, including peace and coexistence, in order to establish a just social system and a spirit of equality among people, social justice, and distribution in preparation for professional and practical life.
- Education for rationality, respecting the dignity of oneself and others, with values of forgiveness, forgiveness, love, compassion, justice, and fairness, and the acquisition of an ethical conscience.
- Education for acquiring 21st-century skills such as learning and thinking skills, such as creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and sustainable learning, as well as life skills such as citizenship, life, and responsibility, personal and social flexibility, individual initiative, production, and leadership.
- Education for communication with others, as communication enables the individual to achieve self-realization and openness to others. This is manifested through the development of dialogue, awakening of personal initiative and talent, motivation for the civilization of love, coexistence, the culture of peace, solidarity, and understanding of the meaning of rights and duties, proper care of physical health, and proper dealing with the environment and means of preservation and care for it, acceptance of others as they are, and respect for them.
